With nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I’ve achieved remarkable success, currently managing a team of recruiters for the largest search engine in the world. However, despite my accomplishments, I often find myself fearing the uncertainty of layoffs, the anxiety of not being fully in control of my future. As a mother, that fear takes on a different weight. It’s not just about me anymore; it’s about providing stability and security for my family.
